The staff with whom I have had contact namely Gavin, Nadia and Helen have all been most kind courteous and exemplary, and in Helens case a model of patience with a rather persistent, frustrated customer.
At the end of the day, and that I suppose that is the real proof of the pudding, I am very very happy with the car. The on the road price showed a massive saving against UK equivalents. The car had been cleaned and valeted and looked superb as new.
A special mention for the chap who dealt with the initial keys handover, control familiarisation. He'd even gone to the trouble of resetting the language on the satnav to english from the original german before I'd arrived. A nice touch. It's the thought for the little details that goes a long way. Very well done.
